I was very impressed and happy about the service I received from Bates Embroidery. Eric was very polite and sat down with me to discuss what I was looking for. I was able to leave my 2 designs with him to digitize and embroider on hats in time for my vacation a week later. He emailed me the proofs and I was able to make changes, but they were spot on and there were not any changes needed. When I picked up the hats, the quality was even better than I imagined. I threw a heck of a short-turnaround project to these guys – 25 embroidered hats with custom designs (and colors) front and rear on the caps. I have a little experience with sports apparel, so I understood the process a little, but Eric worked off of a bad sketch and some thrown-together artwork to put these things together in 4 days for a surprise anniversary party. I couldn’t be happier – didn’t expect the price to be much cheaper under the circumstances (it was really fair), and wish they were “right next door”, as we live in Wyoming! The party in Dallas came off without a hitch and the caps were a huge hit. First rate in every category. Thanks so much!
